Shipping Information

1. Shipping Methods

Every order is tracked. Choose a parcel locker or courier delivery at checkout:

  • Parcel locker - tracked to a locker you choose at checkout, with a collection code sent to you when it arrives
  • Courier delivery - tracked to the address you enter at checkout
  • Carriers include DPD, Omniva, Venipak and Latvijas Pasts, chosen per destination
  • All orders are packed and dispatched from Riga, Latvia

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from order dispatch:

  • Latvia: 1-2 business days
  • Estonia, Lithuania: 2-3 business days

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods and public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat rate per destination, shown in full before you pay:

  • Free shipping on orders over €80, to every destination we serve
  • Latvia: €3.99
  • Estonia, Lithuania: €4.99

All rates include VAT. Because we ship within the EU only, there are no customs duties or import fees on your order.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania:

Parcel lockers and courier delivery across all major cities and rural areas.

Rest of the EU

We are working on expanding delivery across the EU. Orders to other countries cannot be placed at the moment - get in touch and we will let you know when your country opens.

5. Order Tracking

Stay informed about your order status with our tracking options:

  • A tracking number is sent via email once your order is dispatched
  • Track your order through your account dashboard in Order History
  • Guest orders can be tracked using the link in your shipping confirmation email

6. Important Information

Please keep the following in mind when placing your order:

  • In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, we guarantee delivery within 30 days of purchase
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for courier shipments
  • After a failed delivery attempt, the carrier may hold your parcel at a local depot or parcel terminal for collection
