Shipping Information

1. Shipping Methods

Every order ships as tracked courier delivery to the address you enter at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping - tracked courier delivery, no pickup point selection needed
  • Carriers include DPD, Omniva, Venipak and Latvijas Pasts, chosen per destination
  • All orders are packed and dispatched from Riga, Latvia

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from order dispatch:

  • Latvia: 1-2 business days
  • Estonia, Lithuania: 2-3 business days
  • Western and Central Europe: 3-6 business days
  • Rest of the EU: 8-15 business days

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods and public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat rate per destination, shown in full before you pay:

  • Free shipping on orders over €80, to every destination we serve
  • Latvia: €3.99
  • Estonia, Lithuania: €4.99
  • Western and Central Europe - Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden: €7.99
  • Rest of the EU - Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain: €9.99

All rates include VAT. Because we ship within the EU only, there are no customs duties or import fees on your order.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the European Union:

Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania

Full courier coverage across all major cities and rural areas.

European Union

We deliver by courier to every EU member state. Orders to addresses outside the EU cannot be placed at the moment - contact us if you need delivery elsewhere.

5. Order Tracking

Stay informed about your order status with our tracking options:

  • A tracking number is sent via email once your order is dispatched
  • Track your order through your account dashboard in Order History
  • Guest orders can be tracked using the link in your shipping confirmation email

6. Important Information

Please keep the following in mind when placing your order:

  • In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, we guarantee delivery within 30 days of purchase
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for courier shipments
  • After a failed delivery attempt, the carrier may hold your parcel at a local depot or parcel terminal for collection
