From dispatch, delivery takes 1-2 business days within Latvia, 2-3 business days to Estonia and Lithuania, 3-6 business days across Western and Central Europe, and 8-15 business days to the rest of the EU. Shipping is €3.99 to Latvia, €4.99 to Estonia and Lithuania, €7.99 to Western and Central Europe and €9.99 elsewhere in the EU, and free on orders over €80.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original, unopened packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items (typically within 5-7 business days).

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Absolutely. All Nola Professional products are formulated specifically for professional nail technicians. Our products meet EU cosmetic safety standards and are rigorously tested. Each product includes complete ingredient lists and safety data sheets for salon compliance.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), as well as bank transfers for EU customers. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

We ship across the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import fees on your order. Orders to addresses outside the EU cannot be placed at the moment - get in touch if you need delivery elsewhere and we will see what we can arrange.
